Thank you for considering participating as a food vendor at the inaugural Rock n' Ride Raleigh!

We want to provide our guests with some of the area's best food truck bites, and give you an opportunity to promote your business and make sales. See below for details, and contact Catherine Lott at clott@tammylynncenter.org if you have questions. ‚Äč

As a participating food truck, you will be provided with the following:

  • Listing with link right here on this main event website
  • Listing with link on our Rock 'n Ride Facebook event
  • Acknowledgment on our Tammy Lynn Center Facebook
  • Exposure to riders and guests at the inaugural Rock 'n Ride Raleigh
  • Limited participation so there's less competition and more publicity for you
  • First right of refusal to participate in future years

Here's what we expect from you:

  • Be setup ready to serve at your assigned start time
  • Stay and serve for the duration of your time
  • Sell delicious snacks and meals for our bikers, guests, volunteers and staff!

Some legal stuff:

The PNC Arena requires that all food truck vendors sign a facility entry agreement and show proof of insurance (details provided in the agreement). This document will be sent to you for your review when you submit your form.

All participating bikers will receive a $5 voucher to use towards the food truck of their choice. It will be your responsibility to keep these vouchers and turn them in at the registration booth in exchange for payment from Tammy Lynn Center. Additional information on this will be shared with you prior to the event.
